Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and mechanically inclined Machine Operator to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in the Elizabethtown area. This position is ideal for candidates with previous production or press operation experience who enjoy hands-on work, troubleshooting equipment, and maintaining quality standards in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor industrial production equipment and press machinery
• Perform machine setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting
• Inspect products to ensure quality and production specifications are met
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow production schedules and work instructions
• Assist with preventative maintenance and minor mechanical repairs
• Accurately complete production documentation and reports

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Experience operating press equipment is highly preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Ability to lift, stand, and work throughout a scheduled shift

Preferred Skills

• Experience with industrial presses or extrusion-related equipment
• Mechanical setup and changeover experience
• Understanding of quality control procedures
• Forklift experience is a plus
