**Job Summary:
**We are looking for a reliable Machine Operator to operate and maintain embroidery and laser machines. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and experience working in a production or manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate embroidery and laser machines to produce quality finished products according to specifications.
• Set up machines, load materials, and monitor operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Inspect products for defects, color accuracy, and quality standards.
• Adjust machine settings or replace materials as needed to maintain consistent production.
• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Accurately record production data and maintain work area organization.
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding any issues or production delays.
• Assist with other production tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience operating embroidery or laser machines is a plus (training available).
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Basic mechanical and computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
