    We are looking for a motivated and experienced Machine Operator to join our team at Trillium Pacific Millwork, Inc. in Hubbard, OR. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and growing company that is dedicated to the highest quality standards. In this role, you will be responsible for operating specialized production machines and tools to achieve maximum productivity while ensuring accuracy in product output. Additionally, you will be expected to perform quality control checks to ensure products being produced meet the highest quality standards. Success in this position requires a high level of attention to detail, the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently, and the capacity to make split-second decisions. If you have experience and a strong technical aptitude, then this could be the perfect job for you. Salary is competitive, ranging from $18 - $24/hr. Responsibilities: • Operate automated production equipment in a safe and efficient manner. • Follow instructions to complete assigned tasks, such as running machines, loading components, measuring and monitoring product specifications, and packaging products. • Maintain and repair production equipment, including performing regular maintenance checks and troubleshooting malfunctions as needed. • Monitor production levels and quality control, and make adjustments as necessary. • Assist with product and process improvement initiatives to meet production goals. • Training provided. Qualifications: • 1-2 years of experience in machine operation. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Ability to interpret technical diagrams and instructions. • Familiarity with safety protocols and practices. • US Work Authorization and Reliable Transportation. • Great attendance. • Communication and teamwork skills. Compensation: $18 - $24 hr
