Summary:

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to operate punch press machines in a manufacturing environment. This is an entry-level role, and training will be provided. Ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, learning new skills, and being part of a production team.

Responsibilities:

• Operate punch press machines according to safety and production guidelines

• Load and unload materials from the machine

• Inspect parts for accuracy, defects, and quality standards

• Follow work orders, diagrams, and basic instructions

• Complete production records and maintain a clean work area

• Assist with basic machine setup and adjustments (with training)

• Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns to supervisors

Requirements:

• 6 months machine operating experience required; manufacturing experience is a plus

• Ability to read basic measurements and follow written instructions

• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 30–50 lbs

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
