Job Summary

We are seeking a machine shop parts deburring and shop helper to join our team! As a Shop Helper, you will be reading blueprints or job orders and cleaning manufacturing machines for new orders. You will also be performing standard maintenance on machinery as needed, working closely with other Machine Shop Personal to ensure the system is running smoothly, and upholding all regulations to ensure everyone is working safely. You will be receiving in coming material and packages and preparing and shipping out going parts and and materials. The ideal candidate works well in a team environment, has previous experience working in a manufacturing environment, and can work in a safe and effective manner.

Pay is based on experience

Hiring for both Shifts. First Shift 6.30 am to 3.00 pm Monday to Friday, Saturdays and OT available. Second Shift 3.00 pm to 1.30 am Monday to Thursday, 4 10 hour days 40 hours a week, OT available.

Responsibilities

Deburring and cleaning parts.

Cleaning shop machines and shop floors

Shipping and receiving

Read blueprints or job orders for specifications, and follow said specifications during the manufacturing process

Follow all state, federal, and company rules and regulations to maintain a safe working environment

Complete preventive maintenance on equipment as needed
