Basic Function:

This role is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repairs of all manufacturing equipment to ensure proper operation.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience: (Education and Training)

• AS degree preferred; HS or GED required

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling maintenance data entry via Cogs software

• Maintaining and repairing all manufacturing machinery

• Developing Solutions to Machine Problems

• Maintain correct spare parts levels and consumable tooling for production

• Ensure product is up to Otis quality standards

• Apply lean concepts to all manufacturing departments

• Work with machine operators maintenance technicians in a team like fashion to ensure preventative maintenance is done to all machines on shop floor

• Making operators aware of autonomous maintenance requirements per OEM specs

• Must be able to fluently operate machines
