About the Role

Pro Moto Billet is hiring a Machinist Assistant / CNC Bandsaw Operator to support our machine shop producing high-performance off-road motorcycle and side-by-side parts.

This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined, dependable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Training is provided, and team members are cross-trained across shop operations.

What You’ll Do

Operate CNC bandsaw and assist machinists with daily shop tasks

Polish, grain, buff, and clean machined parts

Perform basic preventative maintenance and daily shop cleanup

Use hand tools and basic shop equipment safely

Assist Machinists with loading and unloading robot fed CNC Machining cells

Enter job, inventory, and material movements into our ERP system (Odoo)

Support team productivity, safety, and continuous improvement efforts

What We’re Looking For

Strong attention to detail and reliability

Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

Basic math skills

Know how to read a tape measure

Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Google Drive)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good communication and problem-solving skills

High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 60 lbs.

Ability to stand for extended periods

Employment Requirements

Must pass a mandatory drug screening

Must pass a background check
