Our client is seeking a skilled Machinist to support their machine shop operations by fabricating and repairing precision parts for complex industrial equipment. What You’ll Do
Fabricate and machine metal and composite parts using manual lathes, mills, drills, grinders, and related equipment
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics
Set up, operate, and maintain manual machines with accuracy and efficiency
Use gauges and measuring tools to meet strict tolerance and finish requirements
Assist with troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on facility machinery
Support shop organization, safety practices, and workflow
Learn to program, set up, and run CNC Mazak and CNC Okuma equipment
Learn to draw and program in SolidWorks
What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and follow technical instructions
Experience with manual machining and precision measurement tools
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong work habits, consistent attendance, and effective time management
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Preferred
OSHA 10
CPR certification
Experience in a Japanese manufacturing environment

$62,500 to $75,000 DOE
To comply with some state laws, the annual base salary range for this position has been provided. The range given is broad and should be considered as a guideline only. Our client will consider a candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, the salaries of current employees in similar roles, and other factors when extending an offer.
