    We’re hiring a CNC Machinist to join a precision-driven manufacturing team known for delivering high-quality components in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone experienced with Haas mills and lathes, who takes pride in craftsmanship, understands the importance of precision, and thrives on the shop floor.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes, with a focus on Haas machines

    Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to execute precise machining

    Perform accurate tool changes and setups using a range of hand tools and equipment

    Utilize grinders, calipers, micrometers, and other tools to ensure dimensional accuracy

    Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while adhering to all shop safety protocols

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent required

    3+ years of hands-on CNC machining experience, ideally with Haas equipment

    Strong math skills for measurement, layout, and problem-solving on the floor

    Familiarity with standard hand tools and inspection instruments

    Solid communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions

    Ability to work independently or in collaboration with production and engineering teams
