Position Details

Role: Machinist

Pay Rate

• $17–$25 per hour, based on experience and skills
• 2nd Shift Differential: +$0.50 per hour
• 3rd Shift Differential: +$1.00 per hour
• Candidates with limited experience may start at $17 per hour and be reevaluated after an in-person mechanical and math aptitude assessment

Schedule

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Full-time
• Overtime available
• Candidates generally begin on day shift, with the possibility of moving to another shift later

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of machining experience preferred
• Candidates with strong mechanical and math aptitude may be considered with less experience
• Experience with CNC lathes and mills preferred
• Experience with manual lathes and mills preferred
• English required for training and workplace communication
• Must complete an in-person mechanical and math aptitude assessment after arrival
• Standard background check required
• Employment eligibility verification required
• Pre-employment drug screening may be required
• Steel-toe safety shoes required
• Measuring tools required for machinist roles
• Employees should bring their own tools or be prepared to purchase required tools gradually
• Ability to follow workplace safety procedures
• Long hair must be secured and excessive jewelry should be avoided in the production environment

• Employee is responsible for steel-toe safety shoes
