Basic overview of role

• Handling HQ finance, accounting, bookkeeping, planning, analysis
• Management of other accounting personnel
• Richmond, VA or Charlotte, NC-based

What you'll need to be successful

• 2+ years of Accounting experience
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• CPA a plus
• AR/AP, P&L, SCF, FP&A experience
• Experience with hourly workforce - construction, industrial, physical labor markets
• Likes variety in your workday - team, solo, different tasks and problem solving!
