Responsibilities include:
Create service appointments via phone and email. Greet customers and documenting their concerns and requests. Sourcing parts for accurate cost estimation Monitor progress of services to vehicle throughout the day to ensure on schedule completion Review work order upon completion for accuracy Assist with cashing out customers Perform routine follow ups to ensure customer satisfaction. Process parts invoices, return parts according to shop guidelines and follow up with vendors for credits. Process end of day paperwork and perform close of business functions.
Desired Qualifications
Mechanical parts/repair knowledge required
Experience using All-Data and vehicle service manuals to research and communicate from technician to customer needs
2+ years experience in the automotive repair industry
Strong organization, computer and communication skills
