JOB OVERVIEW: GRC Compliance Analyst is responsible for coordinating with company business and technical Subject Matter Experts and process owners to collect evidence, assess and test compliance of IT, Data Protection, and Vendor controls against Macy’s Inc. and external regulations, policies, and procedures. Contributes to and maintains training materials, SOPs, and build relationships with teams across the enterprise to ensure knowledge-sharing and effective education on standards and procedures. Provides advice to GRC, InfoSec, Consumer Privacy and Legal teams and business leaders on compliance standards, compliance levels, and program improvement. Report to the Director, GRC through assigned team leads. Perform other duties as assigned. This position is virtual/ remote/Work from home, however candidate must be able to travel to a Macy’s location as the needs of the business may require from time to time.
