PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be the liaison between potential customers and Mad City
• Promote and arrange a free in-home consultation with homeowners on our projects
• Deliver interactive marketing presentations on eco-friendly, quality products and services which include: energy-efficient, baths, siding, roofing systems, and kitchen revitalization
• Achieve milestone goals for team leadership consideration, usually between six to nine months of meeting performance expectations

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• MON-FRI 11AM TO 7PM OR 12PM TO 8PM, OPTIONAL SATURDAYS
• PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN HOSPITALITY, RESTAURANT INDUSTRY, OR DIRECT MARKETING- A PLUS!
• Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation and self-discipline
• Resourceful problem solver
• Advanced verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
• Open-minded with a passion for learning a wide-range of skills that will carry through a variety of career paths
