MAD CITY WINDOWS AND BATHS is hiring immediately for RETAIL & EVENT PROMOTERS to join our Marketing team in APPLETON & GREEN BAY with a base pay of $17.00/HR PLUS UNCAPPED BONUSES TO EARN BETWEEN $20.00/HR TO $35.00/HR.

• Base pay of $17.00/hr plus performance bonuses, where you can earn between $600.00 to $1,000.00+ per week

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Approach and engage potential customers in an event or retail store setting
• Initiate conversation and help customers arrange free in-home consultations on a product of their choice
• Perform direct marketing presentation techniques for home remodeling and all of our products
• Promotion of company products and services to prospective and existing clients, providing excellent customer service
