Mad Science of Central Oklahoma is currently recruiting PART-TIME SCIENCE presenters NOW for the Fall Semester 2023 in the TULSA metro area. Classes/programs are held in the Tulsa, Jenks, Broken Arrow, Collinsville, Sapulpa and surrounding towns.

Job Description:

Join our team of dynamic presenters who engage kids with amazing, hands-on science experiments. No two days are the same in this job and, whether it’s teaching making polymer bouncing balls or launching rockets or building bridges, you’re sure to have a blast.

Training is provided; background is science is always a plus

Fantastic classroom and presentation experience to include on your resume

$15-25 per single hour instruction session (in-school workshop, after school class, assembly) depending on science background and teaching experience; as much as $35 of has at least 3 years of teaching experience

Other rewards based on performance and the opportunity to earn tips with birthday parties

To be a Mad Science presenter you MUST:

Have experience working with groups of children ages 4 to 12

Be prepared to undergo a background check

Dependable and passionate about working with children

Graduates and College students are welcome; Science or Education degree is a plus but not a must

Training and experience with big group/assembly/stage presentations are preferred

Energetic retired and in transition applicants are welcome
