You do NOT need to be a certified teacher, nor do you need to be a science major. You MUST: - Have an up-beat, dynamic, child-friendly personality and a desire to make learning fun! Pay starts at $25 per 1 hr class!

Mad Science is the world's leading provider of spectacular hands-on science programs for children. We're currently looking for energetic individuals to conduct our exciting science programs throughout the Milwaukee/Waukesha area. (we will try to keep you as close to home as possible!)

Experience with kids in a classroom or camp setting is preferred, however we will train the right individual!

Mad Science is on a mission to spark the imaginations of children everywhere!

We are now taking applications for responsible, dependable individuals to teach after school science enrichment programs at elementary schools for the school year.

We provide you with curriculum, training, a Mad Science labcoat, and all equipment. Hours range from starting times of 2:30pm to 4:00pm start time and go for one hour, not including driving and set up /cleanup time. You must be available each week at the same time for five to ten weeks.

Our programs are inquiry based, interactive, hands-on and fun! Candidates should enjoy working with children, have a reliable car and be willing to travel, you do receive mileage for trips of over 30 miles per day total (which are infrequent). Must have afternoon availability, 2:30-5:30 pm, M - F. You must be available at least 2 afternoons per week.

Weekend birthday party instructors and part time in-class instructors are also needed. Must have experience teaching groups of children, however a science background is not necessary.
