Calling all entertaining personalities! Join our growing team presenting educational entertainment for children using our innovative program which has been entertaining kids for over 30 years! We are seeking a responsible Weekend Manager to serve in the place of the General Manager and facilitate birthday parties at our facility. This is not a Mad Scientist position. That role is performed separately.

AVAILABLE SHIFTS

Saturdays & Sundays 11:00am-6:15pm

Hours are flexible based on booking schedule

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for opening and closing the facility.2. Making sure the space is "event ready" and clean.3. Answer incoming weekend calls and emails. Return messages.4. Attend to guests questions and needs.5. Walk through and clean the party space before the start of each event.6. Serve as the point person for event booking and program questions.

QUALIFICATIONS

Some experience in direct customer service (restaurants, hospitality, operations)

Some experience with children ages 4-10

Computer literate

Excellent phone and speaking skills

Organized and Able to multi-task in a short period of time

NICE-TO-HAVE

Party/Event Coordinator experience

Initiative- able to be productive during slow time

Experience training part time employees

Experience coaching or teaching children

COMPENSATION

$100-$175 per weekend
