Job Summary

Small, education-based business is seeking a part-time bookkeeper. 1 to 4 hours per week, occasionally more during busy times.

Duties Include:

Credit card processing and deposits.

Invoicing

Tax deposits

Account reconciliation

Qualifications:

Previous bookkeeping experience

Proficient in Quickbooks

We are located in University City. The bookkeeper position is 1 day per week during normal business hours. We are flexible as to which day of the week.
