    Job Summary

    As Customer Service Marketing Associate, you’ll be responsible for assisting our Milwaukee team in their sales and marketing efforts for our three locations in Milwaukee, Detroit and Northern Illinois. This position is responsible for selling different types of children's programming to parents, schools, camp directors, teachers, daycares, and others.

    Responsibilities

    Answering inbound phone calls and providing information about our programs; serve as back-up to Operations Team

    Making outbound sales calls to current and prospective clients

    Researching and identifying new business opportunities

    Growing brand awareness by creating and implementing sales and marketing plans to bring in new business opportunities (schools, organizations, camps)

    Developing and maintaining relationships with school administrators, Park and Rec program coordinators, grant facilitators, and other educational partners

    Creating and maintaining a Social Media Calendar of Events for marketing and promotional opportunities

    Creating and participating in planning media/marketing campaigns for events on Social Media Calendar

    Editing and customizing digital and print media and marketing collateral for specific location programming information (most marketing collateral is provided by our Corporate Office)

    Helping reach and exceed assigned sales goals through outreach and cross-selling programs

    Managing client communications such as booking confirmations, invoices, follow-up surveys, and requested promotional material

    Managing various social media platforms (i.e. Constant Contact, Facebook, Instagram, etc) to network, maintain relationships, promote upcoming events, and increase brand awareness

    Able to work independently

    You must have a professional voice, be computer literate and comfortable on zoom calls.

    The right person for this job is organized, outgoing, persistent, flexible and would be available to complete the majority of their work during varied daytime hours, we are flexible 20-30 hours per week, occasionally on a Saturday. Additional opportunities for extra hours exist for candidates who would like to work full-time hours, 35-40 per week are available working in our operations and teaching teams.

    Base wage plus a generous bonus program is available.

    Ability to work from home on a part-time basis may be available after probationary period has been successfully completed.
