Job Description

NYC based law firm looking for a highly experienced paralegal or attorney with extensive experience in employment and business-based immigration including in H-1B, L-1A/1B, E-2, O-1A/O-1B, TN, J, waivers, EB-1 (A/B/C), EB-2/NIW, EB-2 and EB-3/PERM, and EB-4. Someone who can independently work on cases including all required preparatory work including handling RFE’s/PERM Audits/Supervised Recruitment, and MTRs. Excellent research and writing skill is a must, and the ability to establish, supervise/manage and maintain workflow via a team. Also someone with in-depth experience in analyzing, evaluating, and processing/filing EB-5 regional center and direct cases as well as regional center designation applications and legals for sponsored projects.
