OUTREACH EVENT COORDINATOR

As an Outreach Event Coordinator, you'll be instrumental in planning and executing engaging outreach events that leave a lasting impact. We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, organized, and excited about making a positive difference in the community. While no prior experience is required, a positive attitude and a willingness to attend events are a must!

Roles:

Develop and execute comprehensive event plans for outreach initiatives, including community fairs, and other public events.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies to drive attendance and engagement.

Recruit and train volunteers to assist with event setup, registration, and other on-site activities.

Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, sponsors, and event partners, ensuring clear communication and coordination leading up to and during the event.

Conduct post-event evaluations to assess event success and gather feedback for future improvements.

Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in event planning and community engagement.
