The Auberge Resorts internship program is designed to provide you with hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to the world of luxury hospitality. As a training and development program, you will have the opportunity to begin your career the same way that many of our Auberge leaders began their hospitality journey.

The program consists of work experience and professional development opportunities that are intended to prepare you for postgraduate opportunities.

Role Specific Information

Internship Overview: As a culinary intern, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our talented chefs in a fast-paced and dynamic kitchen environment. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in various aspects of culinary arts, including food preparation, menu planning, and kitchen management.

Responsibilities:

• Assist chefs in preparing and cooking high-quality dishes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
• Support kitchen staff in various tasks as needed
• Learn and follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Help with inventory management and stock rotation

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a culinary program or recent graduate
• Passion for food and a desire to learn
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to take direction and learn from experienced chefs
