The Madeline Hotel and Residences is looking for a service driven individual to work at our spa this summer season. We offer a serene and rejuvenating experience for our guests, including a world-class spa facility. As part of our commitment to grooming future hospitality leaders, we are offering a spa internship program designed to provide hands-on experience and mentorship in a prestigious spa environment.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Spa Intern to join our team. The Spa Intern will work closely with our experienced spa staff to assist in daily spa operations, learn about various spa treatments, and provide exceptional service to our guests. This internship is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain practical experience in the spa industry.

Role Specific Information

• Assist spa staff in daily operations, including setting up treatment rooms and maintaining cleanliness
• Greet and welcome spa guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Learn about different spa treatments and products offered at the spa
• Assist in scheduling spa appointments and managing the spa booking system
• Ensure that spa facilities are well-maintained and stocked with supplies
• Provide support to spa therapists during treatments as needed
• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance spa knowledge and skills

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a hospitality or spa management program (or related field)
• Strong passion for the spa and wellness industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
