    Job Description

    Join our team as a Wellness Manager for Wildflower Farms and be an author of our story by ensuring memorable guest experiences leading all spa guest service relations and overseeing all spa operations.

    • Train and ensure all front desk associates deliver exceptional service, offering corrective counseling when needed
    • Ensure front desk staff are monitored and informed of treatments, groups, and other promotions
    • Assist with the full cycle recruitment process for all Spa and Fitness positions
    • Ensure all team members have ample knowledge all spa offerings including services and products
    • Maintain proper inventory levels on all products including retail goods. Conduct monthly inventory checks.
    • Conduct proper opening and closing procedures to Company standards
    • Prepare weekly schedules for all spa team members to ensure adequate coverage during all shifts while adhering to budgetary guidelines
    • Support the Director of Wellness in maintaining overall facility cleanliness and maintenance
    • Monitor monthly sales goal targets to budget
    • Address any guest concerns promptly and professionally as it relates to any experiences in Spa or Fitness
    • Conduct frequent training sessions with all team members to ensure consistency in operational procedures
    • Ensures employees are providing exceptional guest service and adhering to Auberge & Wildflower Farms standards

    Pay Range: $62,000 - $70,000

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of two years experience in a supervisory or managerial role within Wellness/Spa operations, preferably in a luxury hotel
    • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
    • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
