SUMMARY OF JOB:
Meets, Greets and consults with customers on service needs, informs customers on applicable service specials. Develops and Maintains strong customer relationships. Takes ownership of the customer’s experience by ensuring customers receive prompt, courteous and efficient service. Prioritizes required services and always prepared to provide options upon request. Persistent problem solver. Knowledge of product well enough to answer characteristic and operational questions regarding customer vehicle. Keeps customer informed of completion time and service expenses. Sells services based on the value of using certified technicians. Performs active delivery of vehicle, addresses customers concerns and inquiries.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in Auto Dealership (Minimum of 5 years) Toyota or GM background preferred.
