    Candidate must be a team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment.

    Cashier responsibilities include answering multi line phones, waiting on customers, filling out rental contracts, filing, cashiering.

    Customer Service Specialist responsibilities include, communicating with customers, on line inquiries, scheduling appointments.

    Service Department is open Monday through Saturday; we provide a flexible work schedule

    Sales Department is open Sunday through Saturday; we provide a flexible work schedule

    Job Requirements:

    • Positive Attitude and Great work Ethic

    • Able to work in a high paced work environment and detail oriented.

    • Must have an Excellent Attendance Record

    • Strong data entry/typing skills

    • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information

    • Bilingual is a plus but not required

    • Must possess a valid California Driver's License and an insurable driving record.

    • Handling inbound and outbound calls to schedule service appointments.

    • Following up with customers about service needs or promotional campaigns.

    • Ensuring excellent customer service and addressing concerns or inquiries.

    • Maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.

    • Collaborating with the service department to optimize scheduling and workflow.

    Bilingual is a plus.
