Mia Solano Inc. (DBA Madi Lane Bridal) is seeking an experienced ERP Systems Administrator with strong communication and leadership skills to help us implement, operate, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365.

The Position:

Lead role in troubleshooting and solving problems relative to current environment and architecture using a wide range of techniques and resources to implement, operate, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 in an existing business (moving from QB Enterprise).

As the ERP Admin/Manager, you will oversee a team of workers who operate and run our ERP program (Microsoft Dynamics 365). ERP roles and responsibilities include leading team meetings and assigning action items to team members, as well as following up along the way to make sure processes are carried out successfully. The ERP manager acts as a subject matter expert for the team, answering questions and providing guidance for all team projects. Any other employees who use the ERP systems come to the ERP manager for troubleshooting issues and other questions. The administrator/manager makes sure the ERP systems are functioning properly and helping the business run smoothly. We are looking for someone who can recommend new features or changes to our current workflow based on user feedback. The ERP Administrator will gain exposure to the complex tasks within the job functions and make adjustments to the workflow process if needed.

Our company operates out of multiple countries and cooperate offices. This position will help oversee the ERP systems in multiple locations.

The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree with two (2) years professional experience that includes Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience.
