REQUIREMENTS   

Must possess a NYS Real Estate License or Be Enrolled in a 75-HR Salesperson Course

Have as strong work ethic, self motivated and desire to be successful

Have excellent communication skills and time management skills

Possess the ability to network and build relationships with clients

Knowledge of current phone technology
