Non-Profit organization seeks an experienced payroll assistant
A successful candidate will have:
The position involves frequent contact with internal staff and external vendors, requiring exceptional tact and discretion. The person needs to have a working knowledge of payroll, policies and procedures. PC literacy (Windows, Excel, Word, Report Writer and PowerPoint) Aptitude for accuracy of detailed figures work. Ability to run the payroll in the absence of the Payroll Manager. Dependable, well organized, conscientious, creative, resourceful, with the ability to work under pressure. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to be patient and understanding with members of the organization. Extreme confidentiality required.
This is an on-site, temp-to-hire position working Monday-Friday, 35 hours per week.
