We offer a full suite of specialty services for the Commercial Real Estate market, and handle a wide range of commercial real estate transactions. As the Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for gaining new business through prospecting and networking. The position is geared for a true hunter with the drive and ambition to make calls, network, and have the face-to-face visits necessary for success.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE:

    • Procure and maintain new business through prospecting and networking
    • Schedule face-to-face meetings with prospective clients
    • Will be trained in real estate transaction and closing process
    • Proactively work with clients and staff to ensure deal flows smoothly from start to finish
    • Attend trade shows and other networking events to expand prospect base
    • Follow up on leads from company seminars and marketing initiatives

    Requirements for the Business Development Associate:

    • 2-5 years of sales experience
    • Real Estate industry experience is highly preferred
    • Valid Driver's License and means of transportation
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
    • Highly self-motivated
