    We are adding entry-level Maintenance Oil & Lube Technicians. This is a newly created position that will support our maintenance team at all our Wisconsin locations. Apply today!

    POSITION SUMMARY

    The Oil & Lube Technician role is responsible for scheduling, maintaining, and servicing all die cast, machining, and ancillary equipment to achieve a long life of moving parts and prevent unexpected breakdowns.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    · Coordinate inventory and routine usage of oil and lubes.

    · Recording and fulfilling planned lubrication activities.

    · Filling and topping off reservoirs.

    · Draining and cleaning reservoirs.

    · Changing filters and breathers on reservoirs.

    · Grease relubrication with manual and automatic dispensing equipment.

    · Update scheduling systems, including adding notes to system and requesting work orders for maintenance repairs and activities.

    · Report any discrepancies or conditions that require corrective, predictive, or planned maintenance for production systems.

    · Maintain a clean and safe work area.

    · Performs other related duties and assignments as required.

    WORKING CONDITIONS

    Exposure to noise, excessive heat and cold, dirt, grease, smoke, dust, and molten metal. Working aloft, bending, and awkward positions.

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS

    Physical exertion is required with occasional lifting of up to 70 pounds. Regularly stand for long periods of time as well as walk with occasionally bend, twist, and move about the facility.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    · High school diploma or equivalent required.

    · Basic reading and math skills required.

    · Must have a valid driver’s license.

    · Must complete associate degree in industrial maintenance or similar program at an accredited institution. If actively pursuing degree requirements, must be actively in school and/or registered for classes within the first year of employment.
