    Commission Based Phone Sales Representative Madison Mortgage is a diverse group of licensed mortgage experts, sales professionals, tech gurus, and more. We are NY’s #1 mortgage brokerage. We are looking for enthusiastic Phone Sales Reps to support business growth for a top-producing origination team. Our ideal candidate is an excellent dealmaker who loves talking to people. You’ll need strong persuasion skills to turn prospects into qualified leads. We will provide hands-on coaching and all the tools and resources, including top-notch technology, in order for you to be successful and grow your career with us. This is an in-office position at our Lake Success, NY office (No remote). Responsibilities: • Call on borrowers and generate leads for our loan officer team • Developing and maintaining relationships to achieve goals • Reaching out to and qualifying leads through outbound calling and social media • Maintaining and growing existing leads • Conducting customer surveys and developing sales strategies • Providing prompt responses to all customers • Promoting Madison Mortgage services Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or business development position • Experience in outbound phone sales • Motivated by unlimited income potential and a commission-based compensation plan • Thrives in a fast-paced sales environment • Solid history of lead conversion • Experience with CRM software - Salesforce is a plus! • Proficient with technology • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Desire to work hard and earn an unlimited income • Ability to deliver results • Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator a plus or if not licensed; willing to take a test to become licensed Compensation: $40,000 - $90,000 yearly
