How do I make an impact on my team? Our hands-on and driven Area Chief Engineer maintains the overall physical condition of multiple properties. They are responsible for the short/long term planning and day-to-day operations of the maintenance department and manages department's budget and capital expenditures.

Assists Maintenance Engineers in administrating NCG Hospitality provided programs

Performs (or delegates) established preventative maintenance programs for equipment, guestrooms, back of house and common areas

Assist in maintaining all property pools and spas according to the company, the property brand, and state and local codes

Acts as a ‘project manager’ (as assigned by the General Manager) for in-house led projects – including gathering proposals, making recommendations, coordination and timing, quality control, accounting and problem-solving issue

Assists local maintenance team with repairs that may be beyond their skill set and, as assigned, provides project management oversight for more complicated projects

What does success look like in this role?

Must have and maintain a CPO certification

Five years of maintenance experience in hotel, building, apartments, or similar environments to include multi-facility

Three or more years of supervisory experience

Experience in preventative maintenance and general repairs of mechanical, electrical, plumbing equipment and building components

Reliability and honesty

Desire to add to a supportive and effective team
