    WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

    As part of the Sales Operations team, you will work closely with team members to support sales efforts that will lead to meeting company goals and revenue targets. Specific duties include but are not limited to: 

    PROPOSALS

    • Work closely with sales directors to triage proposal requests including coordinating discussions between Sales & Operations as appropriate and working with our vendor partners to gather various requested reports.
    • Prepare and assemble final proposal either electronically or in paper form and deliver to the sales director or deliver on behalf of Maestro.

    RFP QUESTIONNAIRES:

    • Responsible for completing all RFP Questionnaires for all solutions.
    • You will be accountable for maintaining the RFP Knowledge base and inputting the correct answers to specific questions.  company and
    • From time to time there will be special proposal requests that will require needed discussions. You will be responsible for recognizing those needs and work closely with subject matter experts to provide concise and complete responses. In addition to gathering any supplemental documentation.
    • Responsible for training new users on RFP software and keeping all content current and in the same tone.

    OTHER

    • Field technical and operational questions from Sales Directors during sales process.
    • Minimal Travel for sales meetings (twice a year).
    • Must be a team player and enjoys a fast-paced environment.

    WHAT YOU NEED:

    • Strong background in self-funding, employee benefits and, preferably with TPA operations
    • Superior written and verbal communication skills
    • Good attention to detail
    • Solid command of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and web-based applications
