    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

    Integra Employer Health, a Maestro Health company, is looking for a motivated, customer-oriented Systems Administrator. This person will be responsible for setup, maintenance, and support of the Charlotte office's desktop computers, local network infrastructure, and all other local IT needs.

    • Provide technical support for hardware and software of in-office and remote employees

    • Manage network operations including troubleshooting connectivity

    • Assist in server deployments, upgrades, and troubleshooting

    • Maintain technology policies and standards, and adhere to related technology checklists

    • Ensure availability, continuity, and security of information and data

    • Perform or assist in any other ad-hoc IT duties

    WHAT YOU NEED:

    • Associate's degree or equivalent experience in information technology, computer engineering, or related field

    • Customer service-oriented attitude is a must

    • 3+ years of experience in an IT technical support role or related field

    • Good working knowledge of ESXi/VMware, Hyper-V, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and VoIP technologies

    • Good understanding of network troubleshooting and connectivity issues

    • Experience with installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting workstation and server hardware

    • Experience with Windows Server 2012 and 2016
