WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Integra Employer Health, a Maestro Health company, is looking for a motivated, customer-oriented Systems Administrator. This person will be responsible for setup, maintenance, and support of the Charlotte office's desktop computers, local network infrastructure, and all other local IT needs.
Provide technical support for hardware and software of in-office and remote employees
Manage network operations including troubleshooting connectivity
Assist in server deployments, upgrades, and troubleshooting
Maintain technology policies and standards, and adhere to related technology checklists
Ensure availability, continuity, and security of information and data
Perform or assist in any other ad-hoc IT duties
WHAT YOU NEED:
Associate's degree or equivalent experience in information technology, computer engineering, or related field
Customer service-oriented attitude is a must
3+ years of experience in an IT technical support role or related field
Good working knowledge of ESXi/VMware, Hyper-V, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and VoIP technologies
Good understanding of network troubleshooting and connectivity issues
Experience with installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting workstation and server hardware
Experience with Windows Server 2012 and 2016
