WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient reporting and input of data related to core business in our Self-funded business.

• Act as a point of contact for client's direct requests for consulting support, reporting and analytics
• Perform business analysis, identify root cause, and develop recommendations and solutions to drive process improvements
• Create analytic solutions by exploring innovative data and techniques
• Perform data abstraction, cleansing, validation, modeling, interpretation and reporting
• Act as the data expert, leading the way in data discovery, both proactively and by request, to identify key insights and trends
• Deliver ad hoc reporting and analytics within an agreed-upon SLA
• Ensure solutions meet the client's needs, support the extraction of actionable information, and align with client objectives
• Participate in complex data related analytical projects to drive business decisions and efficiencies

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis preferably healthcare
• REQUIRES STRONG EXPERIENCE IN QUERYING AND STRUCTURING RELATIONAL DATABASES USING SQL, WITH 5 OR MORE YEARS OF EXPERIENCE DEVELOPING OPERATIONAL REPORTING AND PERFORMING COMPLEX DATA ANALYSIS
• 3+ year of experience in business intelligence platform such as tableau or like platforms
• Experience with Oracle programming a big plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Expert Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
• Ability to integrate and analyze multiple sources of data
• Ability to effectively interact with business partners and external clients
• Excellent prioritization, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
• Commitment to quality, motivated self-starter and takes ownership of work
• Ability to work independently and self-directed
• Effective problem-solving ability
