WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
We're looking for a CONTENT SPECIALIST to join our team of self-starters, who is both passionate and creative. You will be responsible for copywriting and content marketing on behalf of the larger marketing team. Candidates must embrace taking on simultaneous challenges in a fast-paced environment.

This position will be pivotal in our success as we try to keep up with our rapid growth.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
WHAT YOU NEED:
BA/BS or equivalent working experience in Communications, Journalism, or English
4+ years of experience in a content role and possess excellent writing and editing skills
Understanding of the health and benefits industry is highly preferred
Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it. An innate understanding of how to structure a story and explain concepts using clear everyday language.
Ability to work with SMEs, sales and product stakeholders successfully and respectfully
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Project management skills and ability to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Experience with MS Office, WordPress and/or email marketing software
A strong sense of humor: you don't add hilarity around an explanation; the explanation should itself be witty
Strong ability to convey concepts creatively, logically, and concisely
