Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service / Collections Agent to join our team! 

You will be responsible for placing outbound calls and taking inbound calls daily, while managing a list of accounts daily. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide excellent Customer Service

• Handle customer correspondence regarding overdue payments

• Provide information about Billing

• Processing payments

• Document and update customer records based on interactions

• ​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in customer service, Collections, or other related fields

• Ability to build rapport with clients

• Ability to prioritize and multitask

• Positive and professional demeanor

• Ability to focus and stay on task without supervision
