Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service / Collections Agent to join our team!
You will be responsible for placing outbound calls and taking inbound calls daily, while managing a list of accounts daily. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide excellent Customer Service
Handle customer correspondence regarding overdue payments
Provide information about Billing
Processing payments
Document and update customer records based on interactions
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience in customer service, Collections, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Ability to focus and stay on task without supervision
