Job Description

We are hiring a Product Development Coordinator to support our Operations team in Pasadena.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintaining and strengthening relationship with corporate accounts and managing daily communication with clients via email regarding purchase orders, allocations, problem solving, etc.
• Working with design and production team throughout pre-production/production sample process to include tracking receipt of samples, setting up displays for buyer approval and creating and maintaining binders, etc.
• Working with vendors in China throughout the product development cycle.
• Ensuring merchandise meets purchase order specifications and vendor compliance requirements
• Preparing and completing spreadsheets, templates, project documentation, and product distribution forms, etc.
• Tracking samples to and from production partners and clients.
• Executing, cataloging and maintaining files of sample photos.
• Analyzing partner and manufacturing pricing and negotiating new costs

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to speak Mandarin and English (preferred).
• Associate's degree preferred
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel specifically) and computer skills
• Ability to efficiently multi-task and handle multiple deadlines simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and take initiative without immediate supervision
• Highly developed communication and grammar skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent interpersonal, time management skills and strong team player
• Detail-oriented and self-driven individual
• Strong team player. No egos here, please!
