    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to take on a hybrid role as a Project Assistant and Title Specialist at Maggard Information Associates in Jacksonville, Florida. This unique role combines the responsibilities of assisting with critical projects and providing crucial support to our team processing state title applications.

    Responsibilities:

    Project Assistant:

    1. Conduct comprehensive research on DMV regulations for all 50 states and navigate state title applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.

    2. Develop a thorough understanding of the various processes and procedures for each state related to Motor Vehicle Titles, collaborating seamlessly with colleagues to resolve any discrepancies encountered during application processing.

    3. Coordinate with the project manager to implement these processes and procedures into a software system and review the work of the team to unearth errors, inconsistencies, or omissions.

    4. Coordinate with software developers and other stakeholders to ensure the system meets all necessary requirements and collaborate with team members to seek clarity and offer updates on task progression.

    5. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and swiftly resolve any hurdles encountered during application processing.

    6. Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management and maintain comprehensive records of all processed applications.

    7. Maintain a high level of quality control throughout the project lifecycle and demonstrate unwavering attention to detail in inputting and verifying data.

    Title Specialist:

    - Review, prepare, and submit state title applications on behalf of clients while adhering to established guidelines.

    1. Collaborate seamlessly with your colleagues to swiftly resolve any discrepancies or hurdles encountered during application processing. This role coordinates directly with an out-of-state office to process transactions. Comfort working with Microsoft Teams or other team collaboration software is a must.

    2. "Audit" active records in the database to ensure delayed transactions are followed up on at regular intervals.

    3. Meticulously review and cross-check the work of your coworkers to unearth errors, inconsistencies, or omissions. We firmly believe in supporting the team as a whole by diligently checking each other's work.

    4. Demonstrate unwavering attention to detail as you input and verify data in our designated systems.

    5. Employ effective communication skills to liaise with team members, seeking clarity, offering updates on task progression, and clarifying requirements.

    6. Prepare final reports of daily, weekly, and monthly totals. Cross-check the reports for accuracy.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field.

    2. Strong research skills with a keen attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office Suite.

    3. Excellent problem-solving abilities and the confidence to work independently.

    4. Strong communication and presentation skills, with exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills.

    5. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Excel.

    6. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, while meeting tight deadlines.

    7. Self-starter with a proactive approach to work and strong work ethic.

    8. Will be required to obtain a notary license after start date.
