Job Description
Summary:
Essential Functions include but are not limited to:
• Pulling permits for jobs and communicating with all necessary personnel.
• Assist with call center, including but not limited to, taking inbound calls, making outbound calls and communicating with customers on all necessary channels.
• Deliver scripts with authentic cadence; be clear, compelling, and personable.
• Learn the business and learn how to maximize opportunities by prioritizing the most urgent customer
calls.
• Ensure a quality customer experience by relaying detailed and accurate information to the technicians in
the field.
• Record and report the service calls.
• Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional.
• Update customers throughout the day on the technician's progress.
• After hours rotation.
Requirements:
• IT competent; good typist and proficient with phone systems.
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communications.
• Ability to build trust, diffuse conflict and hold others accountable.
• Personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Competitive individual contributor who also loves to win as a team.
Supervisory Responsibility:
• Enforces safety and work performance standards and regulations.

Physical Demands:
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Manual. Due to the nature of the trade, Magic Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Air participates in a reasonable

Travel:
Some travel may be required outside of the Boise area.
