    Magical Destinations Travel is looking for a highly motivated, experienced, or willing to learn Remote Travel Consultant to join our growing team.

    The ideal candidate will be a responsible, independent worker, with a strong work ethic, and professional demeanor. This individual should be comfortable working independently, and as part of a team. Must be detail oriented, organized, and have excellent communication skills.

    Responsibilities:
    ·Provide professional customer service to clients in person, by phone, or via email.
    ·Assist clients with planning their travel arrangements including bookings for car rentals, hotels, flights, etc.
    ·Prepare and submit travel documents such as itineraries, forms and forms for receipts.
    ·Prepare travel packets for clients such as itineraries and boarding passes.
    ·Maintain accurate records of all travel information in accordance with government regulations and company policies.
    ·Maintain an organized filing system for documents and files.

    ·Coachable
