RESPONSIBILITIES FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE SALES ASSOCIATE:

• FACE TO FACE INTERACTION WITH CUSTOMERS (REQUIRED)
• Have substantial knowledge of all products and services our clients provide
• Answer any questions a customer may have
• Greet customers with a smile and make sure their experience is a positive one

• High School Diploma required 
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or other related fields
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill
