Responsibilities: Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home Qualifications: Technology driven Top-notch time management skills and highly organized A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth Great communication and social skills • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies Compensation: $100,000 - $125,000 at plan earnings
