    Position Overview:

    Are you motivated by opportunities to develop new business relationships, to build on a book of existing clients, and to find ways to expand both new and existing business niches?

    Magnify Signs is a growing sign and graphics company based in the Denver CO area. To help drive our growth, we’re looking for the right person to lead our Business Development activities.

    We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven team member with a demonstrated track record in successful business development.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Business Development:

    Client Relationship Management:

    Nurture and maintain relationships with existing clients

    Address client needs and concerns

    New Business Development:

    Find new local and national business opportunities

    Follow up on inbound leads

    Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential clients.

    Sales and Proposal Generation:

    Collaborate with the design and production teams to create signage proposals

    Meet with clients to review sign designs and cost estimates

    Get client feedback on design concepts and move the sales process forward

    Qualifications:

    Experience:

    Minimum of 4 years of experience in progressively successful business development roles, preferably associated with custom manufacturing

    Skills:

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    Proven ability to drive business growth

    Strong attention to detail

    Strong math skills for dealing with measurements and cost estimating

    Proficient with standard desktop software (Microsoft Teams/365)

    Ideal to have business development experience in industries like manufacturing, design+build construction, etc.
