ENTRY-LEVEL SALES: Every one of our managers around the USA started off in our sales program, many of them with no prior experience in the industry. We provide a comprehensive training program and lots of support in teaching you one of the most important skills in life. . . SALES. All of our sales are done face-to-face so there is NO PHONE WORK or sitting behind a desk. MANAGEMENT TRAINING PROGRAM: In our 10 years in America we have already expanded to over 25 offices. Our goal is to be in every major city and state by 2023. We will do this by training managers in-house to run each of these offices. If you have had previous experience in managing people this is definitely an advantage, but not essential.
