Recruiter Duties:

• Source candidates via LinkedIn, email, texting, job boards, and calling
• Vet candidates by thoroughly phone screening
• Negotiate compensation with providers
• Educate clinicians on different opportunities
• Present providers to open positions

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of recruiting experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Tenacious work-ethic
• Entrepreneurial spirit
