Magone & Company, a CPA firm with offices in Morris and Bergen Counties (NJ) is seeking a full-time Tax Accountant to join our well-respected, successful practice. We are a growing, peer-reviewed, tech-savvy CPA firm in northern New Jersey, augmenting our Tax Team due to growth.

We use the latest technologies to support our practice areas, which include Audit, Business and Individual Taxation, International Taxation, Client Account Services/Bookkeeping, and Business Advisory/Consulting Services. We serve high net worth clients and businesses in the tri-state area, nationwide and all over the world, providing them with a complete package of financial services to support their operations.

Competitive salary will be commensurate with experience.

Requirements for Tax Accountant:

• At least 1 year CPA Firm experience
• At least 2 years experience preparing tax returns
• Accounting Undergraduate or Graduate degree
• CPA or EA certification, commensurate experience or preparing for the exam
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational and analytical skills, and attention to detail
• Experience with UltraTax, AdvanceFlow, and CCH Workflow is a plus
