Join our dynamic team as a Marketing Specialist. We are a Real Estate/Property management company, committed to providing exceptional living experiences for our residents. This position offers the opportunity to shape and execute innovative marketing strategies across various platforms, contributing to the success and growth of our properties.
**Responsibilities:**
\- Manage and optimize marketing platforms such as Apartments.com, Zillow, and others to attract prospective tenants.
\- Ensure accurate sourcing on Internet Listing Services (ILSs) to maximize visibility and lead generation.
\- Conduct monthly marketing calls with property teams to align on marketing initiatives and goals.
\- Conduct monthly and quarterly reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and adjust as needed.
\- Monitor and manage Google reviews to maintain a positive online reputation.
\- Setup and oversee all Facebook accounts, utilizing the platform for targeted advertising and community engagement.
\- Coordinate monthly meetings with Yardi Rent Cafe to leverage its features and functionalities for marketing purposes.
\- Enhance and maintain Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to improve online visibility and organic traffic.
\- Manage monthly concessions to attract potential tenants and increase leasing activity.
\- Conduct market comps and analysis to determine rental pricing and identify trends.
\- Utilize demographic analysis to tailor marketing efforts and enhance property appeal to target audiences.
\- Assist in market research and due diligence for future property deals, providing insights and recommendations.
**Qualifications:**
\- Previous experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.
\- Proven track record of managing multiple marketing platforms and campaigns effectively.
\- Strong understanding of SEO principles and strategies.
\- Familiarity with online review management platforms and social media marketing.
